Prince Edward Island (PEI) has issued 181 invitations to apply for provincial nomination. The August 20, 2026 draw invited candidates through the PEI Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP), targeting workers in priority occupations and sectors with significant economic impact.
The latest draw brings PEI’s total number of invitations issued in 2026 to 1,034 across eight draws. The province continues to focus on candidates who can address labour-market needs, including eligible workers and Express Entry candidates. International graduates from PEI institutions have also been among the groups prioritized during the year.
The draw highlights PEI’s continued emphasis on attracting skilled workers who can contribute to the province’s economy and fill in-demand positions.
