Newfoundland and Labrador has issued 208 invitations through its latest provincial immigration draw. The selection round took place on August 10, 2026, marking the province’s 10th invitation round this year.
Of the total invitations, 186 were issued through the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP), while 22 went to candidates under the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP). The province did not release a detailed breakdown of the NLPNP streams involved in this draw.
Candidates were selected from Newfoundland and Labrador’s Expression of Interest system, which considers factors such as employment, skills, and regional labour-market needs. Those receiving invitations can now proceed with their applications, subject to the program requirements and deadlines.
With this latest draw, Newfoundland and Labrador has issued 2,197 invitations in 2026 across the NLPNP and AIP.
