A total of 105 immigration candidates have received an opportunity to seek permanent residence in Canada through the Northwest Territories’ latest nominee selection.
The Northwest Territories Nominee Program (NTNP) conducted the selection on September 25, 2026, reviewing 197 Expressions of Interest. The invitations were distributed across three categories: 58 went to Entry Level/Semi-Skilled candidates, 26 to applicants under NWT Express Entry, and 21 to Skilled Workers.
Selected candidates recorded scores ranging from 317 to 492. Employment location also featured in the latest round, with 96 invitees working in Yellowknife and eight employed elsewhere in the territory.
This selection marks the NTNP’s last scheduled draw for 2026. The Employer-Driven Stream issued 353 invitations during the year. The program is expected to resume selections in early 2027, with the next draw date still to be confirmed.
