Canada has invited 752 candidates to apply for permanent residence through its latest Express Entry draw. The 13th October selection round focused exclusively on applicants under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). According to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 772 to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
The draw also applied a tie-breaking rule for candidates who had the same CRS score. Eligible applicants must have submitted their Express Entry profiles before 1:57:33 p.m. UTC on July 15, 2026, to qualify under this criterion. This marked Canada’s 60th Express Entry draw of 2026.
Provincial nominees receive an additional 600 CRS points upon nomination, significantly improving their ranking and increasing their chances of receiving an invitation to apply for permanent residence. Candidates interested in immigrating to Canada are encouraged to maintain accurate and up-to-date Express Entry profiles and follow future IRCC announcements for new selection opportunities.
