British Columbia has invited 714 skilled workers to apply for provincial nomination for Canadian permanent residence in its latest immigration draw held on September 24. The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) issued 426 invitations to workers with qualifying TEER 0–3 job earning at least $52 per hour and $105,000 annually. Another 288 invitations went to candidates who achieved a minimum registration score of 131 points.
The draw was conducted under the province’s “Innovate: High Economic Impact” objective and represents the largest selection under this objective so far in 2026. Invited candidates have 30 days to submit their complete nomination applications.
Successful nominees can subsequently apply to the federal government for permanent residence. British Columbia has issued 6,128 invitations across worker and entrepreneur categories in 2026, while its provincial nomination allocation for the year stands at 6,254 spaces.
