Canada has issued 3,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence to candidates in the latest Canadian Experience Class (CEC) Express Entry draw held on August 5, 2026. Candidates selected in the draw had to meet a minimum CRS score of 516. They should also have submitted their Express Entry profiles before 9:35 p.m. UTC on July 3, 2026 to qualify for the draw.
This was the 13th CEC draw of 2026. IRCC has now issued 48,250 ITAs through CEC draws in 2026. The latest draw underlines Canada’s continued focus on candidates with Canadian work experience, offering eligible skilled workers another route toward permanent residence.
