British Columbia has invited 10 entrepreneurs to apply for provincial nomination under the Entrepreneur Immigration – Base Stream of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP). The 28th July 2026 draw required candidates to have a minimum registration score of 117 points to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
The Base Stream is designed for experienced entrepreneurs who want to establish a new business or take over and grow an existing business in British Columbia. Applicants generally need at least $600,000 in personal net worth and must make a minimum eligible investment of $200,000 in their proposed business.
This was British Columbia’s eighth Entrepreneur Immigration selection round of 2026 under the Base Stream. In 2026 so far British Columbia has conducted 13 entrepreneur-focused selection rounds, including eight Base Stream rounds and five Regional Stream rounds.
This year, British Columbia has issued at least 88 invitations through its Entrepreneur Immigration category.
