New Brunswick has invited 678 candidates through provincial and Atlantic immigration pathways. The latest selections were held between August 10 and September 18.
The province gave priority to candidates with experience in occupations supporting key areas of its economy. Selected fields included construction, manufacturing, education, social services, information technology, transportation, sales and services, and various skilled trades.
Of the total invitations, 550 were issued through different streams of the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program. The remaining 128 invitations were issued under the Atlantic Immigration Program
The latest selection rounds provide eligible candidates with a potential route toward Canadian permanent residence. Successful applicants must still meet the applicable provincial and federal requirements before receiving final approval.
