Family Class Immigration
No one wants to stay alone and away from their beloved family.? Canada, as an immigration friendly country, will help your parents and grandparents join you through various programs.
Citizenship and Immigration Canada definitely understands that your family is important to you. Hence Family class immigration is one of the fastest categories of immigration programs. This program allows a Canadian citizen or permanent resident to sponsor their close relatives such as:
- Spouse/common-law partner
- Dependent children under 22 years of age who are not married or in a common-law relationship
- Parents/ Grandparents
- Remaining relatives
Since October 2017 you can sponsor your children who are under 22. These dependent kids hold the right to live, study and work in Canada. In certain cases, your spouse can qualify for an open work permit. A Canadian permanent resident or citizen can sponsor one remaining relative if they meet the specific requirements by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
Parent and grandparent super visa
This particular program would be a better option if you are not eligible to sponsor your parents or grandparents permanently. By choosing this option you can stay with your beloved ones in the foreign land.
